Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Glow Up Body Treatments ✨ We’re honored to be part of your wellness, healing, and body transformation journey. Please review our appointment policies carefully before your visit. Appointment Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day appointments are considered final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Each appointment may only be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After two reschedules, the session will be considered forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked at full price. Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $50 late fee may be charged to the card on file. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. Late arrivals may also result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for the next client. Missed Appointments & No-Shows Missed single sessions cannot be rescheduled and must be repurchased. No-call/no-show appointments will automatically forfeit the session. For package clients, the missed session will be deducted from the remaining package balance. Under any of the circumstances above, the session will be considered used whether booked individually or as part of a package. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Glow Up Body Treatments maintains a strict no-refund policy on all services, packages, deposits, promotions, memberships, and single sessions. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued for: Missed appointments Late cancellations No-shows Partially used packages Expired sessions Dissatisfaction based on expected results Please review package expiration details prior to purchasing, as unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited. Right to Refuse Service Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who is disrespectful, inappropriate, non-compliant with studio policies, or if a service is determined to be unsafe or not in the client’s best interest, health, safety, or wellness.
