By booking an appointment and/or purchasing services from Glow Up Body Treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Service Agreement
        Glow Up Body Treatments provides wellness, body contouring, post-operative, and lymphatic care services performed with professionalism, care, and attention to client safety and comfort.

        By booking an appointment, you voluntarily consent to receiving services offered by Glow Up Body Treatments and understand that results may vary from person to person depending on body type, lifestyle, medical history, and post-care compliance.

 

    2. Payment Terms
        Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

 

        We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.

        Financing or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options may be offered through third-party providers such as     

        Afterpay or Affirm when available. Approval and payment agreements are subject to the policies of the third-party provider.

    3. No Refund Policy

        ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

       Glow Up Body Treatments maintains a strict no-refund policy on all services, packages, memberships, deposits, gift certificates, promotional offers, and single sessions.

       

       This includes but is not limited to:

• Single treatment sessions

• Prepaid packages

• Promotional or discounted services

• Missed appointments

• Partially used packages

• Dissatisfaction due to expected or desired results not being achieved

   

       Once a service or package has been purchased, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

       By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

     4. Package Expiration Policy

        All prepaid packages must be used within their designated validity period from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

        Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the package expiration date prior to purchase.       

        Package expiration details may vary depending on the promotion, package type, or special offer.

       

        Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, reinstated, or exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

        Extensions may only be considered at the sole discretion of Glow Up Body Treatments in cases involving documented medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

 

     5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

        We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.

• No-shows will automatically forfeit the appointment and session payment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $50 late fee.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and the session forfeited.

• Clients are allowed a maximum of two reschedules per session or appointment package. After two reschedules, the session will be considered forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked at full price.

 

         Repeated last-minute cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or no-shows may require future appointments to be prepaid in full.

 

      6. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility
         Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, surgeries, medications, allergies, and relevant health information prior to receiving services.

 

         Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client.

      7. Package & Appointment Transfer Policy

          Packages, sessions, memberships, and promotional offers are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Glow Up Body Treatments.

 

          Appointments may not be shared, split, or transferred between individuals without prior authorization.

 

      8. Right to Refuse Service

          Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, unsafe medical conditions, or failure to comply with studio policies.

      9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

         Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

         Updated terms will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.

      10. Agreement & Consent

         By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
