At Glow Up Body Treatments, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

1. FULL PAYMENT

• Full payment is required when booking individual sessions or packages.

• For eligible services, Affirm or Afterpay may be available as payment-plan options. Approval and terms are determined by the payment provider.

 

2. LATE ARRIVALS

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $50 late fee if we are still able to accommodate your appointment. Any time missed will be lost, and your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• Late arrival does not extend or reschedule your appointment. If there is not enough time to properly complete the service, the appointment may be canceled and the applicable session or payment may be forfeited.

3. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

• For package clients, a $150 late cancellation or no-show fee allows you to keep your scheduled package session.

• For individual-session clients, the full payment for the scheduled service will be forfeited.

• Arriving at the wrong location and missing your appointment is considered a no-show. Missed appointments due to arriving at the wrong location cannot be rescheduled.

   

4. RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Rescheduled appointments must be within 7 calendar days of the original appointment.

• An appointment may be rescheduled only once.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to the late cancellation policy.

• A missed rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the applicable session or payment.

All rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. PACKAGE EXPIRATION

• Package sessions must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.

• Clients are responsible for tracking their package expiration date and scheduling sessions in advance. Unused sessions after expiration will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reinstated.

     

6. CARD ON FILE

• A valid credit or debit card must remain on file for all active clients.

• By booking with Glow Up Body Treatments, you authorize us to charge your card for applicable fees or outstanding amounts under these Terms & Conditions, including late cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival fees.

7. NO-REFUND POLICY

• All services and products purchased from Glow Up Body Treatments are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

• We strongly encourage clients to schedule an assessment before purchasing any packages to ensure they select the option that best meets their needs.

 

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

 

Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or decline future services due to inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, safety concerns, or conduct that does not support a professional treatment environment.

     

7. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

 

These policies apply to all clients, appointments, and packages. Exceptions are only made at the discretion of Glow Up Body Treatments management.
