Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the services offered by Glow Up Body Treatments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Service Agreement
By booking an appointment, you agree to receive the services provided by Glow Up Body Treatments. All services are rendered with the highest care and professionalism.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards.
• BNPL Options: We are in the process of partnering with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services (e.g., AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm). Please stay tuned for updates on these payment options.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• All services are non-refundable once rendered.
• If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments, regardless of payment method.
4. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
• If you arrive late for your appointment, a late fee of $50 may apply after 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit the session.
• All payments will be processed even if the appointment is missed or cancelled.
5. Changes to Terms
• Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.
6. Agreement
By booking an appointment and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
