Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, purchasing services, packages, training courses, or otherwise using the services of Glow Up Body Treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies.
1. Service Agreement
Glow Up Body Treatments provides body contouring, lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, wellness services, and related treatments designed to support each client's individual goals.
All services are performed with professionalism and care; however, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment, package payment, or approved deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Payments are only accepted through Glow Up Body Treatments' approved booking and payment systems.
Cash App, Zelle, and any other unapproved payment methods are not accepted.
Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments that are not paid through approved payment channels.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds will be issued on any services, packages, deposits, training courses, promotional offers, discounted services, or gift certificates.
This policy applies regardless of:
• Whether services have been used in full or in part
• Scheduling conflicts
• Relocation or travel
• Failure to schedule appointments
• Personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to follow treatment recommendations or aftercare instructions
Unused services, packages, deposits, and sessions have no cash value and are non-refundable.
By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
4. Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits must be used within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
If the remaining balance is not paid and the appointment is not scheduled within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
Forfeited deposits may not be refunded, transferred, exchanged, credited, or applied toward future services.
5. Package Expiration Policy
Package sessions must be completed within the expiration timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
Clients are solely responsible for scheduling and completing their sessions before the package expiration date.
Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be reinstated.
Package expiration dates remain in effect regardless of appointment availability, personal scheduling conflicts, relocation, travel, illness, pregnancy, work obligations, or failure to schedule appointments.
Unused sessions hold no cash value.
Clients acknowledge that package expiration dates and session balances are available upon request. Failure to inquire about remaining sessions or expiration dates does not extend or waive package expiration policies.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Appointments rescheduled with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice may result in the loss of the session, package session, or deposit.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in restrictions on future bookings.
7. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may be subject to one or more of the following at management's discretion:
• A $50 late fee
• A shortened treatment session
• Loss of treatment time
• Cancellation of the appointment
• Forfeiture of the session
Glow Up Body Treatments is not responsible for making up lost treatment time due to client lateness.
8. No-Show Policy
No-call/no-show appointments automatically result in forfeiture of the deposit, session, package session, or appointment payment.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed appointments.
9. Required Forms & Client Responsibility
All booking forms, consent forms, waivers, medical intake forms, and any other required documentation must be completed before the appointment begins.
Failure to complete required forms prior to the scheduled appointment may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the appointment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information and notifying Glow Up Body Treatments of any changes to their health status.
10. Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Treatment outcomes depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to:
• Body composition
• Lifestyle habits
• Hydration levels
• Diet and nutrition
• Medical history
• Consistency of treatments
• Compliance with post-care instructions
Following all aftercare and post-care instructions is the client's responsibility.
Glow Up Body Treatments does not guarantee specific cosmetic, aesthetic, wellness, or post-operative outcomes.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Inappropriate behavior
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Safety concerns
• Medical contraindications
• Failure to follow studio policies
• Failure to provide required documentation
• Misrepresentation of medical history
If service is refused due to violation of studio policies, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.
12. Policy Changes
Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on the company website or booking platform.
13. Agreement
By booking an appointment, purchasing services, purchasing a package, placing a deposit, enrolling in a training course, or otherwise utilizing Glow Up Body Treatments' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies in their entirety.
