Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Glow Up Body Treatments ✨ We're honored to be part of your wellness, healing, and body transformation journey. Please review our appointment policies before your visit. ✦Appointment Policies A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session, package session, or deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused deposits will be forfeited. ✦Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $50 late fee, reduced treatment time, appointment cancellation, or forfeiture of the session at management's discretion. ✦No-Show Policy No-call/no-show appointments automatically result in forfeiture of the deposit, session, package session, or appointment payment. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed appointments. ✦Package Expiration Policy Package sessions must be completed within the expiration timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be reinstated. ✦Required Forms All booking forms, consent forms, waivers, and medical intake forms must be completed before your appointment begins. Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the appointment. ✦No Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued on services, packages, deposits, training courses, promotional offers, discounted services, or gift certificates. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be granted for missed appointments, late rescheduling requests, no-shows, unused or expired sessions, partially used packages, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with results. ✦Results Disclaimer Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Following all aftercare instructions and maintaining consistency with treatments is the client's responsibility. ✦Right to Refuse Service Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, failure to complete required documentation, or failure to follow studio policies.
