Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Glow Up Body Treatments! We’re so happy to be part of your body care and healing journey. Please review our appointment policies below: We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Same-day appointments are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. We ask that you please honor your appointment time as a commitment to our studio. Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will be charged to the card on file. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. Missed Appointments / No-Shows: Single sessions that are missed cannot be rescheduled and must be repurchased. No-call, no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. For package clients, the missed session will be deducted from the package. Under any of the circumstances above, the session will be lost whether it is a single booking or part of a package. All sales are final. No refunds or exceptions. Glow Up Body Treatments reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, inappropriate, non-compliant with studio policies, or if we believe a service is not in the client’s best interest, health, safety, or wellness.
