Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Glow Up Body Treatments & Sculpting! We are here to help with all things body, and happy healing. Read our cancellation policy. Please be aware that you are required to give a 24-hour reschedule/cancellation notice. Cancellation policy in effect when you book your appointment. All appointments made the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. We ask that you consider a commitment to our office. Late policy, There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will be charged to the card on file, 30 minutes late will be an automatic cancellation and will forfeit/takeout the session. Single session bookings that are missed cannot be rescheduled and must be repurchased. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS are UNACCEPTABLE! The session will be forfeit/takeout from the package. Any of the above circumstances you will lose a session whether single or package bookings. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCEPTIONS! We look forward to seeing you.
