When booking our services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of contract signing, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before your service date. If you cancel before the 30-day mark, you will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Please note, all travel fees are due at the time of contract signing and are non-refundable. 

 

We accept payments via Zelle. 

 

Our services commence on the pre-op day. Please ensure you have cash on hand for prescriptions or any other miscellaneous expenses.
